To note, for information only, a report dated 20 February 2012 from the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales following an investigation of a complaint made by Mr David Bowles (the Council's former Managing Director) against Councillor Elwyn Schofield alleging a breach of the Members Code of Conduct.
The Ombudsman makes a finding pursuant to Section 69 of the Local Government Act 2000 that no further action needs to be taken in respect of the matters which are the subject of the investigation (Enclosure C) - please see the 'downloads' tab above.
