To receive any declaration of interest from any Member or Officer in respect of any item of business.

2. To receive any announcements from the Chairperson, Leader of the Council, Board of Commissioners or the Head of Paid Service.

3. Corporate Improvement Plan 2010/11 (Backward Looking Performance Review)

(a) To report that the Board of Commissioners at their meeting on 3rd October, 2011, upon consideration of the above, had resolved as follows:-

“To recommend to the County Council that it accepts the contents of the report and that authority be given to the Head of Service (Policy) in consultation with the relevant
Commissioner to finalise the document.”

(b) To submit the report of the Head of Service (Policy) as submitted to the Board
meeting on 3rd October, 2011.
