1. Declaration of interest

To receive any declaration of interest from any Member or Officer in respect of any item of business.

2. To receive any announcements from the Chairperson, Leader of the Council, Board of Commissioners or the Head of Paid Service.

3. Exclusion of the press and public

To consider adoption of the following:

“Under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, to exclude the press and public from meeting during discussion on the following item on the grounds that it involves information in respect of which a claim to legal professional privilege could be maintained in legal proceedings (and no public interest test applies)”

4. Investigation Committee

To consider whether or not to establish an Investigation Committee arising from the Ministerial Direction of July, 2011.

To submit the report of the Chief Executive.
