To receive any declaration of interest from any Member or Officer in respect of any item of business.
(a) To report that the Board of Commissioners at their meeting on 20th June, 2011, had resolved †to recommend to the special meeting of the full County Council to be held in July, that this Authority expresses an interest in hosting the National Eisteddfod in 2017â€.
(b) To submit the report of the Chief Executive together with correspondence received from the WLGA dated 1st June, 2011, in this respect.
