1. Declaration of Interest

To receive any declaration of interest from any Member or Officer in respect of any item of business.

2. To receive any announcements from the Chairperson, Leader of the Council, Board of Commissioners or the Head of Paid Service

3. Improvement Plan Performance Review

(a) To report that the Executive on 15th October, 2012 had resolved to recommend to the County Council as follows:-

• To note the observations of the Corporate Scrutiny Committee held on 8th October, 2012;
• To authorise Officers to undertake further work on the draft Plan in consultation with the Portfolio Holder and to submit a revised version of the Plan to the County Council for approval.

(b) To submit an extract from the minutes of the meeting of the Corporate Scrutiny Committee held on 8th October, 2012 in this respect.
(Enclosure 'A')

(c) To submit the revised version of the Improvement Plan (separate document).

4. Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board - Service Review Consultation Document

To submit for approval, a copy of the Council's proposed response (prepared by the Portfolio Holder and Director of Community) to the consultation document.
