To submit for information, the minutes of the meeting of the Sustainability Board held on the following dates:-

6. Presentation of Petitions

In accordance with Paragraph 4.1.11 of the Constitution, the Chief Executive will present the Chair with the following petitions:-

-Petition to the opposition of the erection of commercial wind turbines in the area of Llanfechell and Mynydd Mechell;

-Petition to reinstate Cemaes Bay beach toilets;

-Petition in favour of a children's park in Malltraeth.

9. Supplementary Planning Guidance: Menai Bridge Conservation Area Character Appraisal Report.

(a)To report that the Board of Commissioners at their meeting on 3rd September 2012 had resolved to recommend to the County Council that it “approves the Menai Bridge Conservation Area Character Appraisal for adoption as Supplementary Planning Guidance.”

(b)To submit the report of the Head of Service (Planning and Public Protection) as submitted to the Board of Commissioners on 3rd September 2012.

10. Corporate Property and ICT Asset Management Plan.

To submit the report of the Head of Service (Property)

11. Motion Received Pursuant to Rule 4.1.2.2.12 of the Constitution.

To submit the following Notice of Motion by Councillors Aled Morris Jones and Selwyn Williams:-

“We the undersigned, urge the Isle of Anglesey County Council to explore the possibilityof mounting a bid to host the Island Games in light of the success of London 2012. TheCouncil should seize the opportunity to bring a major sporting event to the Isle ofAnglesey, which will bring a lasting legacy to the Isle of Anglesey and the whole of Wales.”

12. Commissioners 5th Quarterly Progress Report

Commissioner Mick Giannasi will submit a short presentation on the Commissioners 5th Quarterly Progress report.

13. Democratic Renewal

(a)The Chief Executive will refer to the statement made by the Minister for Local Government and Communities on 25th September, 2012.

(b) To submit a verbal report by the Chief Executive on the recommendations of the Remuneration Panel.

14. Betsi Cadwaladr Service Review Consultation Document

To submit a presentation by representatives of the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.

Members will be afforded the opportunity of a short question and answer session.
