DECLARATION OF INTEREST

No declaration of interest were received by any Member or
Officer in respect of any item on the Agenda.

|
The Chairman welcomed Mr. Ian Carruthers from the District
Valuer's Service to the meeting. A copy of a report by the
District Valuer was circulated to the members of the
Panel.
|
|
|
|
It was noted that the advice of the District Valuer's
Service was to further negotiate with three parties as 'preferred
bidders'.
|
|
|
|
The Chairman suggested that a small sub-committee should
be formed to progress the negotiations with the preferred bidders
and report back to the Investment and Contracts Committee in due
course.

that a Sub-Committee be formed to progress the
negotiations with the preferred bidders as follows :-
|

|
|
Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Investment and
Contracts Committee together with the Chairman of the Isle of
Anglesey Charitable Trust.

2.3........that the Sub-Committee shall
report back to the Investment and Contracts Committee following
negotiations with the preferred bidders.
