To consider a report by the Monitoring Officer and :

(i) To consider a complaint against Councillor Hefin Thomas alleging a breach of the Members' Code of Conduct following an investigation by the Public Service Ombudsman for Wales.
(Enclosure B)

(ii) to determine whether the matter should proceed to a local hearing.
