12.1 FPL/2024/230 – Full application for the change of use of the existing ground floor of dwelling to form part of existing shop (A1 use) at Mona House, Holyhead Road, Gwalchmai
It was RESOLVED that a site visit be undertaken in accordance with a Local Member’s request.
12.2 FPL/2024/65 – Retrospective application for the construction of a slurry lagoon on land near Bryn Cwr, Gwalchmai

12.1 FPL/2024/230 – Full application for the change of use of the existing ground floor of dwelling to form part of existing shop (A1 use) at Mona House, Holyhead Road, Gwalchmai
The application was presented to the Planning and Orders Committee at the request of a Local Member due to concerns by the Community Council due to parking issues.
Councillor Jackie Lewis proposed that a site visit be conducted to the site.
Councillor Trefor Ll Hughes MBE seconded the proposal.
It was RESOLVED that a site visit be undertaken in accordance with a Local Member’s request.
12.2 FPL/2024/65 – Retrospective application for the construction of a slurry lagoon on land near Bryn Cwr, Gwalchmai
The application was presented to the Planning and Orders Committee at the request of a Local Member due to concerns by the Community Council as regards to safety issues as the site is near the playground and concerns of odour from the site.
Councillor Jackie Lewis proposed that a site visit be conducted to the site. Councillor Geraint Bebb seconded the proposal.
It was RESOLVED that a site visit be undertaken in accordance with a Local Member’s request.
