To submit the report of the Head of Democratic Services.

It was resolved to confirm the Executive’s updated work programme for the period July 2026 to February 2027 with the changes outlined at the meeting.

The report of the Head of Democratic Services incorporating the Executive’s Forward Work Programme for the period from July 2026 to February 2027 was presented for confirmation.

The Head of Democracy updated the Executive on the following changes to the Forward Work Programme –

·           21 July 2026 meeting

o  Capital Budget monitoring report for Quarter 4 2024/25 re-scheduled from June

o  Housing Revenue Account Monitoring Report for Quarter 4 2025/26 – re-scheduled from June

o  Local Growth Fund – added as a new item

·      22 September 2026 meeting

o  Visitor Levy Consultation - added as a new item

·      23 February 2027 meeting

o  Budget monitoring reports for Quarter 3 2026/27 – added as new items

o  Gypsies and Travellers Accommodation Action Plan – added as a new item

·      Changes since publication of the programme

o  Update on the resilience of the Menai crossings - added to the 21 July 2026 meeting

o  Recycling rates -  rescheduled from July to the September or October meeting.
