It was resolved to approve the application in accordance with the Officer’s recommendation and report subject to the planning conditions set out therein and subject also to the signing of a Section 106 Agreement to secure the provision of affordable housing, a financial contribution towards education facilities and open space along with a financial contribution for the improvement of public rights of way in the locality.
