FPL/2022/289 Full application for the demolition of the existing dwelling together with the erection of a new dwelling and garage together with associated works at Ynys Y Big, Beaumaris Road, Glyngarth, Menai Bridge Minutes: The Planning Officer presented the application to members of the Planning and Orders Committee. The application site was viewed from within the curtilage of the property. Members were shown where the rear wall of the proposed dwelling would be sited which had been marked with metal pegs.
