FPL/2022/186 - Change of use of agricultural land into touring caravan park, change of use of existing building to use ancillary to the caravan park together with the installation of a package treatment plant at Esgobaeth Bran, Llanbedrgoch Minutes: The Case Officer presented the planning application to the members of the Planning and Orders Committee. The members travelled down the road from Llanbedrgoch to the site and back. The members stopped at each of the 4 no passing bays where the Case Officer gave a brief background on each passing bay.

FPL/2023/155 - Full application for the conversion of the outbuilding into holiday unit together with associated works at Llwyn Onn, Llanfairpwll Minutes: The Case Officer presented the application to the members of the Planning and Orders Committee. Members were shown the parking area for the proposed development along with the access footpath and the building which is to be converted. A verbal description of the scheme was provided.
