FPL/208/57 - Full application for the erection of 46 dwellings together with the creation of a new vehicle access on land adjacent to Parc Tyddyn Bach, Holyhead Minutes: The Chair of the Planning Committee read out an email from a Local Member, Councillor Glyn Haynes listing the reasons why he had requested that the application was referred to the Planning and Orders Committee. The application site and its boundaries were viewed including that with the Waunfawr Estate. The Development Control (Team Leader) explained that the site proposal comprised a second phase of the adjacent site which was under construction and was made for 46 two storey semi and detached properties with vehicular access being via this existing estate. |
