It was resolved to agree in principle to the development of extra care in Amlwch and Llangefni, and in conjunction with this and as part of developing appropriate future provision, that the existing residential care homes in those locations (Brwynog and Plas Penlan) are de-commissioned and officers undertake the work necessary to achieve this.
