Mr Trefor Owen

Trefor is a Fellow (Retd.) of the Institute of Chartered Foresters, with almost 40 years experience as a Civil Servant serving HM Government, the Welsh Government and the Scottish Government. He has worked in senior leadership, policy development, operational delivery and programme management roles. This included leading work to devolve and establish new arrangements for forestry in Wales and Scotland.

Trefor has returned to live in Anglesey, and enjoys volunteering with HM Coastguard, walking the Anglesey Coastal Path, travel and spending time with his family.
