Mr Trefor Owen

Trefor is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Foresters, with almost 40 years experience as a Civil Servant serving HM Government, the Welsh Government and the Scottish Government. He has worked in senior leadership, policy development, operational delivery and programme management roles. This included leading work to devolve and establish new arrangements for forestry in Wales and Scotland.

He is an experienced non-executive director and trustee. He specialises in regulatory governance matters and provides support and advice to several public and third sector bodies in the UK.

Trefor enjoys travel, reading, gardening and spending time with his family.
