The minutes of the meeting held on 10 January, 2020 were confirmed as correct.

To consider adopting the following:-

“Under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, to exclude the press and public from the meeting during the discussion on the following item as it may involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 12A of the said Act and in the attached Public Interest Test.”

It was RESOLVED:-

Director of Place and Community Wellbeing

To receive a verbal report by the Chief Executive.

Director of Place and Community Wellbeing

The Chief Executive presented her written report previously circulated and gave a verbal report in respect of the above post.

The Chief Executive recommended that the title of the post should better reflect the job responsibility and be amended to Director of Regulation and Place and that the post be advertised as soon as possible. 

It was RESOLVED:-

·           to amend the title of the post to Director of Regulation and Place;

·           to advertise the post as soon as possible.
